The increasing digitization in logistics is playing an increasingly important role. Therefore, the event “Logistics Shaping the Future” on May 24 at the DHBW Heidenheim focuses on this topic.

Logistics is an important cross-sectoral industry for the industrial and production location of Ostwürttemberg, which must be supported and promoted. Especially in the Heidenheim district large investments and new settlements of the industry can be registered. The increasing digitization in logistics is playing an increasingly important role, which is why the event “Logistics Shaping the Future” focuses particularly on this topic.

It shows how the logistics industry is preparing for the future, why logistics relocations are meaningful and necessary for a business location, and what benefits it creates for all those involved.
Through exciting lectures and short presentations, you will learn from different perspectives of experts how logistics is shaping the future and how the location in Ostwürttemberg is positioned. After the welcome, keynote speaker Prof. dr. Wolfgang Stölze on “Digitalization in logistics – between desire and reality” provide current insights for logistics service providers. In addition, various logistics companies will present practical examples of innovative digitization projects.
