Analyzing the effects of digitization on the world of work and developing solutions to problems – representatives of industrial companies, research institutions and education providers are currently dealing with this topic in the context of the joint research project “Prädikatsarbeit” (Predicate work). Already in January the first meeting took place in Fulda. Last week, the SRH Fernhochschule welcomed representatives of its project partners Zorn Instruments, Liebherr-Werk Biberach, Fraunhofer IFF and DEKRA Akademie in Riedlingen for the second “Prädikatsarbeit” working meeting. After a guideline for focus group interviews has been designed in a first step since January in order to record the actual situation, the first evaluation steps have already been presented. Furthermore, the processing of the various work packages was explained in accordance with the work priorities of the project partners and the further procedure had to be coordinated.
The project “Predicate Work – Preventive Occupational Health and Safety in the Digitized Industry: Competence and Aging Ability to Work” is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research as part of the call for proposals “Preventive Measures for the Safe and Healthy Work of Tomorrow”.
