Communication Designer

The communication designer conceives, develops and designs the visual and verbal implementation of a defined communication goal. He works e.g. as graphic artist, art director, copywriter, creative director, photographer, exhibition or retail designer, motion designer up to the film directors in branding and corporate design agencies, design studios, advertising agencies as well as in companies and publishers.
As the area of ​​electronic media becomes increasingly important, the demand for designers with a digital focus (see also Interface Designer, Interaction Designer, or Screendesigner) is increasing.

main tasks:
Concept and Idea development,
Design and implementation of communication goals, e.g. as an advertising campaign or as a corporate design for companies, products or brands as a design, layout, visualization, presentation etc. as well as monitoring and/or creation of the print-ready result.

Personal characteristics:
visual imagination, analytical thinking, structured and self-initiative work, organized, team-oriented and flexible.

ascent options:
Normaly you start as Junior AD and will eventually be promoted to Senior AD, CD, Managing Director of Creation.
